Hydrophilic UV irradiation unit
Hydrophilic treatment on a 2-layer graphene TEM grid forms a very thin and uniform layer of ice.
The "Hydrophilization UV Irradiation Unit" is a device that hydrophilizes atomic layer graphene in a controlled manner through UV ozone treatment. With hydrophilization using this product, it is possible to layer thin and uniform ice on graphene. It is suitable for the hydrophilization treatment of "2-layer graphene TEM grids" for low-temperature TEM observation. Additionally, since there is almost no damage to the lower layer of the 2-layer graphene, the inherent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of graphene are maintained, allowing for stable low-temperature TEM observation. 【Features】 ■ Controlled hydrophilization of atomic layer graphene through UV ozone treatment ■ Ability to layer thin and uniform ice on graphene due to hydrophilization ■ Suitable for hydrophilization treatment of "2-layer graphene TEM grids" for low-temperature TEM observation ■ Generation of ozone through UV irradiation at 184.9 nm and 253.7 nm to hydrophilize graphene ■ Hydrophilization of only the upper layer of 2-layer graphene possible in about 15 minutes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
